The Pavilion Restaurant at Pialligo Estate is an integral part of the vernacular of Canberra. The country estate setting on the banks of the Molonglo River, only ten minutes from the Canberra CBD, offers a dining experience like no other in the Capital.

From the moment you step foot on the estate, you are enveloped by the charm of the perfectly manicured gardens.

Winding your way through the wisteria and past the trickling fountain, an open kitchen greets you, allowing you to see the masters at work in the kitchen.

Upon entering the cathedral-like timber structure that is our Pavilion Restaurant, you are embraced by the natural light and open spaces and with views across olive groves and vineyards to Black Mountain tower, you’re a world away from the city.

We’d like to say that the setting is second to none, but the food experience on offer is decidedly on par with the surroundings.

The culinary experience when dining at the Pavilion Restaurant is inspired by the country estate atmosphere that epitomises the grounds of Pialligo Estate. 

Using the highest quality produce sourced from local suppliers allows Executive Chef, Stefano Mondonico to respect the produce, allowing it’s natural flavours to come to the fore.
