Ciao.
Pialligo Estate is becoming an Italian trattoria in 2027.
From 2027: generous Italian food, handmade pasta and gelato in the garden, on the same lawns and olive rows you already know. Events taking place from 2027 will be quoted on the new Italian menu.
The estate today
The estate is unchanged.
18 Kallaroo Road. Ten minutes from the city, five from the airport, and the same rare sense of space and privacy.
A familiar place, with a new team.
Pialligo Estate is now in the hands of Armada Collective, the team behind The Boat House and Beltana Farm. If your event is already in the diary, your plans will guide our conversations as we work together on the next steps.

Olive rows and long tables.
Ceremony among the trees or on the lawn, a wet-weather plan that doesn't feel like a compromise, and a reception that can run to a very large party.
Enquire about a date
Rooms that impress.
Executive lunches, conferences, launches and end-of-year events. Flexible spaces indoors and out, five minutes from the airport.
Enquire about an event
Lunch that runs long.
Birthdays, christenings and milestones for twenty or two hundred. Gelato at the end, kids welcome in the garden.
Ask about a private lunchExecutive lunches, conferences, product launches, activations and end-of-year parties, for eight around one table or several hundred across the grounds.
Flexible spaces for focused sessions, shared meals and time outdoors. Ten minutes from the CBD and five from the airport.
And everyone eats properly. Wood-fired pizza when the session runs long, shared Italian plates for the dinner that matters, an Aperol in the sun.
An Italian trattoria in a garden, from 2027.
Approachable, high-quality Italian dining, with handmade pasta, pizza from the wood oven and Italian and Australian wine. Gelato in the garden, space for families and an easy afternoon on the estate.
It has a name, and you'll hear it soon. The estate stays the estate. What changes is the kitchen, and how long you want to stay.

Weddings, corporate events and private celebrations, hosted across the pavilion, lawns and gardens.
From 2027: approachable, high-quality Italian dining, gelato in the garden and relaxed, family-friendly afternoons across the estate.
“We’re excited to bring a more casual Italian eatery to the Estate, indoors and out, and keep growing the impressive weddings, corporate events and celebrations Pialligo is known for.”James Souter · Armada Collective
